No pageant director or pageant professional can have too many contestants or clients. With the saturation of so many pageants and pageant professionals in the pageant industry, everyone is looking for a way to step up their game, grow their brand, increase prize packages, have more sponsors, and increase their contestant base.  If you fit one of those descriptions, then EMI is for you! Joining the EMI organization is your way of doing your part to unify pageantry and to support its morals, values, and impact on the world.

EMI is also the place where pageant directors and pageant professionals can meet and personally speak with many potential contestants all in one place and share with them why their pageant or business would be a perfect fit for them. Our goal is to help find what you need at this live event.

There are two ways to participate in our event as a pageant director or pageant professional and that's either as a Participant Collaborator or an Event Collaborator. Participant Collaborators will specifically focus on future contestants. Event Collaborators will specifically focus on event production to improve their services.  However, pageant professionals and pageant directors are welcome to be both a Participant Collaborator and an Event Collaborator.

PARTICIPANT COLLABORATORS

Participant Collaborators have the opportunity to recruit from our participants to grow their businesses as well as being considered for a competition judge position, offer services, present awards, speak at our Empowerment Forum, or help with our Empowering International Pageantry Fan Awards. Our President, Pat Miller, will select people to fill these roles based on the needs of the event each year.

The Participant Collaborator Registration Fee for pageant directors and pageant professionals is $199 for the entire event. Each business will receive the following:

  ✅ Mix & Mingle Business Booth Space

  ✅ Full-page ad in our EMI Event Magazine

  ✅ Two Free admission tickets to the entire EMI event

  ✅ Discounted additional event tickets for personal guests 

  ✅ Admission to the Empowerment International Pageantry

        Fan Awards

  ✅ Permission to offer our participants the opportunity to partake in

        their business/pageant

  ✅ Included in our promotional materials leading up to the event

  ✅ Featured on our website as a VIP Contestant Collaborator Sponsor

  ✅ Social Media promotion for six months

  CONTRIBUTE

  Participant Collaborators are required contribute to this event in three 

  ways:

 ✅ PARTICIPANT SWAG BAGS:

       Participant Collaborators will offer their choice of pageant account

       credits, discount coupons, gift certificates, or gifts valued at $50 or

       more for each of our participants who choose to compete in your

       pageant or hire your services. Bring your items to the international

       office at the event and place them in each participant's swag bag

       they will be receiving at registration. This marketing tool increases

       potential engagement in your brand. Be sure to include your

       business name, contact information, and value of the gift on each 

       item.

 ✅ MIX & MINGLE EVENT

      Our Mix & Mingle Event allows all of our participants to specifically

      focus on engaging with all our collaborators and sponsors. At

      this event each business will have a give-away that our participants

      can win through a drawing. Participants will place their Contact Card

      in your drawing basket/box at your booth and the drawings for

      those will be done at our Royalty & Ambassador crowning event the

      next day.

 ✅ ROYALTY & AMBASSADOR PRIZES:

      Participant Collaborators will choose at least one or more of the

      following levels of sponsorships for our EMI royalty and EMI Brand

      Ambassadors when they use your services or participate in your

      pageant. This marketing sponsorship can be pageant account

      credits, gifts, or gift certificates. You may sponsor as many of

      the queens and ambassadors as you like. Any and all sponsorships

      can be combined to reach any level you choose:

     ✅ $1,000 Platinum Participant Collaborator Sponsor

     ✅ $750 Gold Participant Collaborator Sponsor

     ✅ $500 Silver Participant Collaborator Sponsor

     ✅ $250 Bronze Participant Collaborator Sponsor

Each sponsor will receive an electronic EMI Sponsorship Seal for their website that will link out to the EMI website so we can support to your business, and our participants can find you from our website, as well.

Here are some prize package examples, but feel free to create your own prize package:

       ✅ $250 off an overall pageant entry fee, one winner

       ✅ $250 pageant account credit to queens only

       ✅ $100 off an overall pageant entry fee, all winners

       ✅ Two free Optional Competition Entries, valued at $50 each, all

              winners

       ✅ $1,000 pageant account credit for all winners

       ✅ $100 off Hair & Makeup Services

       ✅ One Free Coaching Session, valued at $100

       ✅ $150 pageant credit to all queens and ambassadors

       ✅ One Free pageant entry fee

       ✅ 1/2 off of a pageant entry fee

Participant Collaborators are chosen based on their professional reputation and need for products or services offered at this event. We want to make sure our event represents the industry fairly and based on the needs of our participants. Event space is limited, so early registration and payment of your participation fee is imperative. 

Participant Collaborators can register and pay their collaborator fees can be paid by clicking HERE or visiting the links at the top of this page. If your collaborator fee is not paid with your registration form, you will not be considered as a collaborator until it is paid. Collaboration fees are nonrefundable.

Event Collaborator Sponsors may offer their products or services to our event in exchange for advertisement and the opportunity to present their products and services to other pageants and vendors.  Please reach out to our office to see if your products or services can be utilized or if space is available.

LEVELS OF EVENT COLLABORATOR SPONSORSHIPS

Collaborators donations or services whose totals meet the following amounts, will be classified on the following levels:

  ✅ $2,000 Platinum Event Collaborator Sponsor

  ✅ $1,500 Gold Event Collaborator Sponsor

  ✅ $1,000 Silver Event Collaborator Sponsor

  ✅ $500 Bronze Event Collaborator Sponsor

There is no fee for businesses that are chosen as an Event Collaborator. If our event collaboration spots are filled, you may rent a rent a booth for our pageant weekend with a registration fee of $299.  Booth size is 8 X 8 and includes a 6' table and 2 chairs. Space is limited and goes quickly so contact us soon.

Vendor Collaboration registration and fees can be paid by clicking HERE or visiting the links at the top of this page. If your collaboration fee is not paid with your registration form, you will not be considered one of our Collaborators until it is paid. Collaboration fees are nonrefundable.

All Collaborators are responsible for their hotel and travel expenses.  Collaborators are required to stay at our host hotel due to the tightness of our event schedule.

BOOTH REGULATIONS

✅ Booth size is 8 X 8 and includes a 6' table and 2 chairs

✅ Professional signage (Signage may not be attached to doors or walls)

✅ Paperwork must be professional quality

✅ Black tablecloth and table skirt will be provided

✅ Displays, chairs, or anything affiliated with your business may not

      exceed your booth space

✅ No loud music/videos/presentations

✅ No more than two representatives in the booth at one time

✅ No eating or beverages other than water in the booth meeting room

✅ Attire is business brand, business casual, or business professional

✅ Please refrain from being rude, cursing, or vulgar language

✅ No arguing with your staff or others at the event

✅ Have a positive attitude and no gossiping about other pageants or

      businesses

Businesses or individuals may be asked to leave the event for foul language, causing discord at the event, or for being unprofessional.
