Our annual EMI Events offer pageants and pageant professionals the opportunity to network as business owners and grow their businesses, be a sponsor for our contestants, and have the opportunity to speak with our contestants to share with them why their business may be just right for them. 

EMI is looking for Contestant Collaborators and Event Collaborators.

CONTESTANT COLLABORATORS

Contestant Collaborators may be asked to either judge competitions, offer services, present awards, speak at our Empowerment Forum, or help with our International Pageantry Fan Awards.

The Contestant Collaborator Sponsorship Fee for pageants or vendors is $149 for the entire event and collaborators will receive the following:

- Mix & Mingle Business Booth Space

- Full-page ad in our EMI Event Magazine

- Free admission to the entire EMI event

- One free event admission ticket for a guest

- Discounted additional event tickets for guests 

- Admission to the International Pageantry Fan Awards

- Permission to offer our contestants the opportunity to partake in

  your business/pageant

- Included in our promotional materials leading up to the event

- Featured on our website as a VIP Contestant Collaborator Sponsor

Contestant Collaborators Sponsors will offer their choice of the following prizes/gifts for our contestants:

- Pageant cash or gift certificate valued for each participating contestant

  valued at $50 or more to be used however or when you want it to be

  used

- A gift certificate, coupon, or gift of your choosing valued at $10 or more

  for each contestant's registration swag bag

- Choose at least one or more of the following levels of sponsorships for

  our new EMI Royalty when they use your services or participate in your

  pageant.  This sponsorship can be pageant cash or a prize valued for

  the level you choose.

   - $1,000 Platinum Contestant Collaborator Sponsor

   - $750 Gold Contestant Collaborator Sponsor

   - $500 Silver Contestant Collaborator Sponsor

   - $250 Bronze Contestant Collaborator Sponsor

Collaborators are chosen based on their professional reputation and need for the product or service offered at this event. We want to make sure our event represents the industry fairly and based on the needs of our contestants. This event is limited to only 20 pageants and 10 vendors, so early registration and payment of your participation fee is imperitive. To register for this event, complete the form below.

EVENT COLLABORATORS

Event Collaborator Sponsors may offer their products or services to our event in exchange for advertisement and the opportunity to present their products to other pageants and vendors.  Please reach out to our director to see if your products or services can be utilized or if space is available.

- $2,000 Platinum Event Collaborator Sponsor

- $1,500 Gold Event Collaborator Sponsor

- $1,000 Silver Event Collaborator Sponsor

- $500 Bronze Event Collaborator Sponsor

There is no fee for businesses that are chosen as an Event Collaborator. If our event collaboration spots are filled, you may rent a rent a booth for our pageant weekend for $299.  Booth size is 8 X 8 and includes a 6' table and 2 chairs

EMI is currently seeking the following Event Collaborators:

- Stage LED screens

- Stage Lighting

- Stage Drapes

- Stage Floor Coverings

- Stage Sound System

- Stage Videography

The participation fee can be paid via PayPal at pmiller45658@yahoo.com. If your registration fee is not paid, you will not be considered one of our Collaborators until it is paid. The participation fee is nonrefundable.

All Collaborators are responsible for their hotel and travel expenses.  Collaborators are required to stay at our host hotel due to the tightness of our event schedule.

BOOTH REQUIREMENTS

- Booth size is 8 X 8 and includes a 6' table and 2 chairs

- Professional signage (Signage may not be attached to doors or walls)

- Provide their own professional paperwork

- Own table cover

- Displays, chairs, or anything affiliated with your busines may not

  exceed booth space

- No music or loud videos/presentations

- No more than two people in the booth at one time

- No eating in the booth meeting room

- Booth representative attire is business casual, business professional,

  or brand attire.

- Please refrain from cursing and vulgar language

- No arguing with your staff or others at the event

- Have a positive attitude and no gossiping about other pageants or

  businesses

Businesses or individuals may be asked to leave the event for foul language or causing discord at the event.
